BLES Foundation, Inc. was incorporated in Florida in 2012 by the voluntary bankruptcy bar associations throughout the Middle District of Florida. BLES was established as a non profit entity and is an IRC 501(c)(3) recognized organization with the IRS. The purpose of BLES is to promote bankruptcy legal education and to fund pro bono and other public service projects relating to the practice of bankruptcy in the Middle District of Florida.
